After 18+ years designing and developing websites for a wide range of clients as a business owner, freelancer and agency employee, I decided it was time to take a more intentional path. A path—a journey—that aligns with my heart and purpose.
Her Journey Web Design was born out of a desire to support women in business with strategic, beautiful websites that reflect who they are and where they’re headed.
This new chapter allows me to focus on empowering women through thoughtful design, clear messaging, and a digital presence they can truly be proud of.

Discovery & Clarity Call
We’ll start with a focused conversation to explore your vision, goals, and the people you’re here to serve. This is our chance to really get to know your business—what drives you, what makes you different, and where you’re headed. It sets the foundation for everything we create together, ensuring your brand and website are built with intention and aligned with your bigger picture.
Mapping the Journey
Before we dive into design, we take time to get everything aligned and mapped out. This stage is all about strategy—organizing your content, outlining your website’s structure, and making sure we’re clear on how each page will support your goals. We’ll define the user journey, map key calls-to-action, and ensure every piece of the puzzle has a purpose. It’s a collaborative process that brings clarity and direction, setting us up for a seamless design and development experience.
Craft & Code
We’ll build your new website on a private staging site, where you’ll be able to preview everything as it comes to life. This is where the magic happens — from refining the design down to the pixel, to making sure everything functions exactly as it should. Whether you need CRM integration, custom forms, gated content, or other specific features, we’ll make sure your site works beautifully for both you and your audience.
Perfecting the Details
Now it’s time to refine and perfect. We’ll make any final revisions, complete the development, and ensure everything is running smoothly across all devices and browsers. We’ll also take care of important behind-the-scenes setup like Google Analytics and Google Search Console—so your site is not only beautiful, but ready to perform.
Your Digital Debut
Once everything is ready, we’ll move your website to its live home and hit launch—cue the confetti! 
After going live, we will carefully test and monitor your site to make sure everything is running smoothly. If any little bugs pop up, we will be there to fix them quickly. You can breathe easy knowing your launch is fully supported.
The Rise
We’ll also take care of the SEO essentials to help your site get discovered and rank higher in search results. This includes a technical SEO check to make sure everything’s running smoothly behind the scenes, as well as keyword research to target the right audience. We’ll optimize your content, page titles, and meta descriptions, and ensure your site’s structure and navigation are clear and user-friendly.
